As a therapist, Porsche was working in clinics during the early part of her career. However, she grew frustrated because she wasn’t able to provide the type of holistic services she wanted to provide - integrating sleep and nutrition into her work. When she left, some of her clients followed her, and her business was born. She continues to offer therapy one on one, as well as educational presentations on pertinent psychological topics during the pandemic to larger organizations.
